The time has come to move little miss into a big girl bed. The timing was perfect--my parents got a new bed, so they moved their old bed to the spare bedroom, leaving a daybed on their hands. My friend Zoi is due to have a baby in 5 weeks and she was in need of a crib. So I took the daybed off my parents hands and gave Zoi the crib--a win for all of us.
So Saturday we (We meaning my dad) took the crib down. It was a little sad for me to see it go, kids grow up way too fast. My dad set up the day bed, we arranged the beds the best we could in the small room (Kylee wanted to share a room so the third bedroom could be a playroom). So the beds are side by side...and both girls were thrilled with that!
Tonight was the first night in their new beds! Kylee was sooo excited! She got the "new" bed and Maleigha got Kylee's old bed. Kylee fell right to sleep. Maleigha on the other hand...got up 7 times within an hour and a half. She hasn't been up for a while so I am hoping she is sound asleep! She came down once to ask where her crib went. :)

Jingles!
Kylee and Maleigha love the bunny! These pictures are from the days right after Christmas. Kylee used some of her money to buy a harness for Jingles. She puts it on by herself and loves walking her around.
We are also litter box training her. She does pretty good!
This is one loved bunny!

Full Christmas Recap
Although Jingles was the highlight of our Christmas, we did enjoy other parts too!
Christmas Eve:
*Kylee went to her dad's to celebrate with him
*Maleigha and I went to the Urgent Care for her (she woke up with a bad cough and 103* temp but was ok)*We went to my parent's church for their Christmas Eve Service
*We went to Jeff and Andrea's for dinner
*Opened our Christmas Jammies
*Set out Christmas Cookies and Milk for Santa
*Set out Reindeer food:
Christmas Day:
*Kylee surprisingly sleeping until 715ish
*Kylee looking at her presents, being slightly disappointed she didn't see a bunny sitting by them
*Enjoying watching the girls open their gifts. Maleigha was so s.l.o.w. She would rip off a tiny bit and hand it to my dad, she didn't want any of the paper touching the ground. It was actually really funny:
*Kylee opening her last gift:
*Watching Kylee as she discovered she did get the bunny she was hoping for!
*Enjoying the day with family
