**I am not so sure I am a big fan of the 1st grade. Kylee either comes home super tired and in a bad mood or so hyper from being tired that she doesn't listen and has a nice attitude to go along with it. The past few weeks have definitely been trying for us. I am hoping and praying this gets better as her body adjusts...I don't know if I can handle it if it doesn't!! I feel bad because I can just tell in her eyes she is so drained. I have her homework done, bath done, book read, in bed, lights out by 8 almost every night. I am beginning to wonder if she needs to be in bed by 730.
**This is day 2 of me being back in school. The hardest part for me is to remember that I am back in school. Their policy is you have to post 2-3 times 4 days out of the week. So I don't have to do it daily, but it is still an adjustment to get back into the swing of it.
**Anyone else staying up late watching the Olympics?!? I get sucked in every night no matter what is on! It is fun to watch, but not fun the next morning when I try to get up on time!
**I finally put Maleigha's bedding on her crib together. She started sleeping in it this week. Look how tiny she looks:
**I took the cutest video of Maleigha laughing a few days ago. After watching this I have really realized how annoying I am in videos. I need to stop talking when I take them. So don't mind me in the video..just listen to her laughing:
I think that is about it for us. We are going to the fair Saturday. Kylee is beyond excited. She keeps asking me how many more days.

oh, I remember Cole going through the same thing, it's such a hard ajustment for them. I love the video- she has the cutest laugh! And I didn't think that you were annoying in it, but I get what you mean, we were watching old videos the other day (ella was 8 mo, and Cole was 3- so cute!), I had a hard time not focusing how much I wish I would have shut up! But no one else really notices those things ;)
Maddy is REALLY going have a tough time next year. That girl loves her sleep. We will definately be getting into the first grade routine months in advance.
I love Maleigha's little laugh. Just makes me smile.
Are the Olympics distracting you from homework too? ;) I know they are distracting me from going to bed on time!
