I must admit that this week was another frustrating week for me. I was eating just my daily points but I was staring at the same stupid number on the scale for 6 days. 6 days!! I changed a few of my food items yesterday hoping that would help. It did. I stepped on the scale this morning and was done 2 pounds! I was VERY happy. With those 2 pounds, that is 10 total. Thanks to
this helpful motivator, I realized I am halfway to my first small goal (losing 20 pounds)!
