Friday night we went to hang out with the Foss crew. We had some yummy nachos for dinner--thanks! After we ate, Andrea and I ran to Walmart and then my place to grab my scrapbooking stuff. I don't think we started until after 8 so I was only able to get one layout done. Here it is...the pictures are not a very good shot but at least they are something right?!?
Saturday morning we took it rather easy...once we finally got ready I took Kylee to lunch and her favorite place with the purple seat. After lunch we had some time to kill before she went to her dad's. We ran to Barnes and Noble and then she suggested we go to the mall. Once I pulled in I figured out why...I heard this little voice from the back say "Mommy can we go to the pet store?" We spent most of our time there and it was soon time to go. I dropped her off and met Christy at Paper Cottage. We had planned on scrapbooking that evening but the snow and bad roads quickly changed our plans. I decided to head home--the beginning of my interesting evening. First I got stuck on the hill by my house--that was fun and instantly put an end to me getting comfortable driving in the snow. Once I made it home I decided to watch Lost while I did some scrapbooking. I was just getting ready to scrapbook when my cell phone decided to break. I don't have a home phone so I was without a phone until this afternoon. I felt out of touch with the world! So I plug in Lost and sit down to start on my scrapbooking. I can't get the DVD to play. Long story short, my DVD player broke. I scrapped a few pages and then finally called it a night around 1230. Here are my pages from last night:
Now I only have 2 more layouts and I am caught up---with 2006.
I don't know how much snow we woke up to today but it was a lot. My parents went and got Kylee since they have 4 wheel drive. When they got here it was still snowing so they drove me to the Verizon store. I quickly exchanged my phone and we headed to meet the Mungers for lunch. The kids had a blast playing in the play area. After lunch I ran to Shopko and picked up a new DVD player. We got home and I started cleaning---I was able to get all of it done but Kylee's room. Kylee and I ran to Walmart for a few things and now we are staying put for the rest of the evening. She got Dumbo from Netflix and is in love with it!! I plan on watching Lost once she goes to bed. Hopefully I will be caught up soon!!
