That is how I am describing this last week. Just as the members of the Biggest Loser had a hard 2nd week, I did too. I somehow hurt both my knees bad, like it hurt to walk and stand bad. So I wasn't able to exercise like I was the first week. So for my weigh in today, I have stayed the same as last week. Normally this would be the point where I give up. Not this time. I will do better this week.

Although I understand how frustrating this is, I really admire the attitude of not giving up. You CAN do this.
Good for you! Keep at it! And you can always use the treadmill for a leisurely stroll when your knees feel better.
Staying the same is better than gaining ;)
Cassie is right! You must be eating good if you have stayed the same weight and not been exercising. Hang in there and don't give up!
Look...you want me to be nice or be like Jillian on the Biggest Loser. Now get to it!!! Ha...I am such a big talker after my first day at the gym.
