Stick with me...it's gonna be a long one.
We haven't been up to too much since Christmas, just laying low and spending some of our Christmas money. The kids and I stayed at my parents house Wednesday-Friday night, coming home Saturday afternoon. It was nice to just be away. It worked out well too because Maleigha ended up getting sick Wednesday and is just barely getting over it. So it helped to have someone there to help me with her and Kylee. Thanks mom and dad!! My sisters, mom and I went shopping New Years Day. I didn't find too much, but did score these good deals at Old Navy:

I also got one other shirt but I didn't take a picture of it. They were all on sale so that made me happy!
I also got this super cute planner:

Hopefully it will keep me organized.
Friday I ended up taking Maleigha into the doctor. For two nights in a row, she would wake up every hour to 2 hours just crying. Plus she was pulling at her ears so I thought maybe she had an ear infection. Nope just a cold. Better safe than sorry.
Saturday we just bummed around, letting Maleigha catch up on some sleep. I was able to stop by the Shoe Carnival store and spend most of the rest of my Christmas money. I got these:

And my favorite new shoes:

How cute are those?? I LOVE them!
Today I stayed home from church with Maleigha. She still has a yucky cough and I figured most people wouldn't be thrilled I was sharing it with them. Kylee went with Andrea and Jeff (thanks for picking her up). After church, I took Kylee on a mystery trip. My parents met us there and took Maleigha so we could have a Mommy and Kylee afternoon. She was SO excited. It was so cute! We went and saw this movie. I LOVED it and yes I even cried. When we first got there she wanted my mom to come watch it with us. I told her that grandma had to watch Maleigha so she said well how about grandma watches Maleigha and Bob comes with us. I said how about we just go by ourselves. She was very excited when got popcorn and a pop. She held the popcorn the whole time. She looked so grown up sitting in the chair and laughing at the movie. It was cute.
After the movie we ran by Walmart where I let her spend some of her Christmas money. That girl LOVES animals. Always has. She picked out an Animal Planet Panda Bear that came with a movie. She named her panda Biscuit and hasn't let her go since we got it. We both had a good time..just the two of us. Thanks mom and dad for watching M for me.
Ok so now onto Part 2 of this post. Anyone recall this post? Way back in October? I even put up a tracker that moved...um 1 time. I did have a couple of people mention that they noticed the tracker hadn't moved. That didn't motivate me..which it should have. But now I am back in the game. For real. I am literally disgusted with myself. I want to be a good example for my girls and don't want them to have to go through what I have gone through.
So I bought this DVD today. I did one session of it tonight. My goal is to do one session in the morning and one at night. The one I did today kicked my butt. I also bought some healthy food and am back to writing down my points (Weight Watchers). My plan is to weigh in every Tuesday, the same night the Biggest Loser is on (new episode starts this week). I stole that idea from my sister but I think it will be good. I plan to weigh in Tuesday mornings and then post my results some time on Tuesday--good or bad. I am sticking with it this time!

Yay, cute clothes! I love Old Navy's clearance deals!
I'm with you on the WW thing...it started today with me (again), and I think I'll use your idea to weigh in on Tuesdays with BL players and post my progress too. Thanks for the idea!
You can do it!
I love Old Navy's clearance racks too!
Those dress shoes are adorable, can I borrow them sometime?
It helps to have some motivation and I'm sure Jilian and posting your progress will do it! Wishing you much success.
I bet it kicked your butt. She's one tough cookie. If you ever need something a little less Jillian, feel free to use the treadmill...just not before 5:30 -6:30 in the morning. That time is mine. :)
Super cute shoes by the way!
Did you recognize the girls in the yellow shirts? They were in my grade but it's sisters Amanda & Aubrey, she told me they were auditioning for the show!! I am so excited, makes me more motivated now seeing them do it.. Good luck, you can do it!!
Good for you!! I am excited for you. I want to see what that video is like. Let me know if you like it.
